Hi there! My name is Ashley, a Registered Dietitian based in Central Illinois. I completed my schooling at Illinois State University, where I graduated with my Masters Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.

I chose to study dietetics after struggling with my own health journey with Crohn's Disease. There is a strong connection with what we choose to eat each day and the impact it has on our health and well-being.

When I am not working, you can find me reading, cooking, baking, getting a workout in, messing around in my garden or spending time with my boyfriend and fur babies.

My goal is simple: to help people build a positive, sustainable relationship with food while also achieving their unique health goals. With personalized guidance and care, I want to help you make lifestyle changes that work with your schedule and preferences for the long run.
